A method for manufacturing a packing film containing nano-silver is provided to prevent food stuffs from being rotten and to continue an anti-microbial effect by spraying nano-silver particles on a second film and sticking the nano-silver particles on the surface of the second film by heat and pressure. The method for manufacturing a packing film containing nano-silver comprises the steps of: injection-molding a first film of 15 micrometers by using nylon resin and a second film of 55 micrometers by using polyethylene resin; forming a film body(5) by combining the first and second films by a bonding agent and then winding the film body on a roll(R); unwinding and transferring the film body and spraying a solvent(F) mixed with nano-silver particles and ethyl alcohol on the upper surface of the second film; transferring the film body coated with the mixed solvent by an infrared heater(H) and evaporating the ethyl alcohol remaining on the film body; pressing and sticking the nano-silver particles into the surface of the second film by passing the film body through a gap between a heating roller(HR) heated at 150‹C and a cushion roller(CR) made of rubber materials with strong heat resistance; and transferring and cooling down the film body having the second film stuck with the nano-silver particles by an air jet(Z) and then winding up the film body on a take-up roll(TR).
