The machine has a rotor (1), crown (2) and a fixation arm. The rotor has an axle oriented at 45 degrees with respect to the vertical. The crown has hollowed parts permitting to push the wind on the rotor on a section and an upper disk of the crown, respectively, and another hollowed part on a lower disk of the crown. A screen pierced by openings on the lower disk reorients the wind in the rotational direction of the rotor on the upper disk of the crown. An adjustable fantail (11) orienting the crown is mounted on the axle.
