A long side of the part (1) is pasted on the skin of a penis. A narrow side of the part is pasted on a urinary catheter. An absorbing fabric piece (4) is covered with a non adhering voile (5) and is affixed on one of the sides of the part (1). The longest edges of the part (1) comprise an adhesive zone (6) integrating the edges. A yarn (7) is provided for sectioning of the device.
