A silicone overcoat (SOC) layer having a crosslinked polysiloxane compositi on comprising a perfluoropolyether segment are disclosed. The polysiloxane composition is the product of the hydrolysis and condensation of a SOC formulation comprising a perfluoropolyether compound, an aromatic silicon-containing compound, and a silicon-containing hole transport compound. An electrophotographic imaging member having such a SOC layer has improved properties.
