A poly vinyl chloride coating yarn is provided to maximize the durability and intensity of products and to have the excellent quality, thereby enhancing the reliability. PVC materials and original materials for colors, flame-proof and smoking-proof are injected into a hopper. The original matters are mixed at the high temperature. The mixed PVC is coated at the moment that the core is emerged from a nozzle hole of a nozzle and then injected into a cistern. After the aging process is performed during the constant time, the mixed PVC is wound so that the PVC coating yarn is formed. Polyester mono fiber(101) forms a core and the PVC is coated(102) at the outside of the core so that the PVC coating yarn(100) is formed. |
