A trailer coupling is provided to prevent a vehicle from being turned over by inserting an outer spline of a rotary coupling to an inner spline of a fixed coupling, and tow the vehicle stably by freely turning the outer spline of the rotary coupling from the inner spline of the fixed coupling in overturning a tow car. A trailer coupling includes a frame fixing unit(1) mounted to a frame of a vehicle to be towed, a rotary coupling(11) having plural outer splines inserted to a coupling housing and a shaft mounted to an end of an elastic member(15) by a rivet(16), a fixed coupling(13) provided with plural inner splines, a bolt and a hole in which a rotating shaft of the rotary coupling is inserted and thread-connected to the coupling housing, the elastic member fixed to the rotary coupling and an elastic member fixing bundle(17) to restrict torsional rotation, and the elastic member fixing bundle fastened to the elastic member and connected to a baby carriage to be towed by a connecting link(18). The outer spline of the rotary coupling is inserted to the inner spline of the fixed coupling to prevent the vehicle from being turned over.
