A condensation water discharge structure installed in a heater case is provided to install a discharge part to discharge condensation water to the exterior, thereby preventing odor. A condensation water discharge structure installed in a heater case includes a duct(4), an introduction hole(6), a lower case(8), and a discharge part(10). The duct is installed to flow the air generated by a blower fan installed at a blower case through the duct. The introduction hole is formed at one side of the duct. The lower case is connected to the introduction hole at its one end. The discharge part is installed to discharge the air toward a lower side of the lower case. The discharge part has a body(12) closely disposed on an inner surface of the lower case, and a discharge hole formed at a lower side of the body. The discharge hole has an opening formed along a lower side of the body.
