TEXTILE REINFORCED MATERIAL AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

Textile reinforced material having waved fiber strand and reinforcement fiber is provided to exhibit improved adhesiveness to cement, durability and dispersion inside a cement composition by forming the reinforcement fiber with unevenness on the surface of the waved fiber and preparing the reinforcement fiber with polyethylene terephthalate. The textile reinforced material has waved fiber strand(21) and reinforcement fiber(20) with unevenness(22) formed on the surface of the waved fiber which is prepared of polyethylene terephthalate. The reinforcement fiber has wave based on cosine curve that satisfies a mathematical equation of: Y = cosine (theta) wherein (theta) is angle of 5 to 65 degrees. The reinforcement fiber has thickness of 0.002 to 10mm. Alternatively, the reinforced material includes a plurality of the reinforcement fibers and a reinforcement fiber bundle containing adhesive to adhere the reinforcement fibers in width direction.
