#CMT# #/CMT# The element (1) has a flat part (2) for remaining on the bottom of a mold in which a concrete is poured. A flat part (3) situated in an extension of the part (2), adopts a determined orientation relative to the part (2), comprises a reception unit (4) constituted by a portion (6) pierced by a reinforcement rod of a panel in a traversing manner, and retains the concrete. A third part (15) maintains the orientation between the two parts. #CMT# : #/CMT# Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a plate for producing a mold framework element (2) a mold for the formwork. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Used in the building field for producing a concrete-based panel formwork e.g. prefabricated slab such as pre-slab, solid slab, hollow slab, or a prefabricated wall, (claimed) where the slab or the wall is transported to a construction site for installation. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The element permits to produce a panel inside of which reinforcement rods can be bedded, and permits to retain the poured concrete in the mold while preventing the concrete from flowing out of the mold particularly at the level of the rods. The orientation between the two flat parts permits the production of the panel whose edge is perpendicular to the direction of extension of the panel, thus providing an edge to edge abutment of two panels. #CMT#DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS : #/CMT# The drawing shows a partial and perspective schematic view of a mold framework element. 1 : Mold framework element 2, 3 : Flat parts 4 : Reception unit 6 : Portion 15 : Orientation maintaining part.
|
