A super-tenderized interior veneer sheet manufacturing method and a super-tenderized interior veneer sheet produced by the same are provided to easily install the super-tenderized interior veneer sheet on surface materials of various shapes and to reduce scratches by increasing bendability and wear resistance. The super-tenderized interior veneer sheet manufacturing method comprises the steps of: preparing a veneer sheet and a vinyl acetate impregnated non-woven fabric; forming the veneer sheet covered with the vinyl acetate impregnated non-woven fabric by stacking the veneer sheet on the vinyl acetate impregnated non-woven fabric and thermally pressing the veneer sheet and the vinyl acetate impregnated non-woven fabric by a heat press; tenderizing the veneer sheet covered with the vinyl acetate impregnated non-woven fabric by a tenderizer; producing a veneer sheet roll(4a) covered with the vinyl acetate impregnated non-woven fabric by connecting the tenderized veneer sheet covered with the vinyl acetate impregnated non-woven fabric; melting and applying solid polyurethane chips(5) on the surface of the veneer by a heat roller(6) with transferring the veneer sheet roll; equalizing application thickness by heating the applied polyurethane by a heater(7); flattening the surface of the heated polyurethane by pressing the heated polyurethane by a roller(8); and cooling the polyurethane applied on the surface of the veneer sheet.
