The element (2) has active modules (5) for forming a directional beam adjustable in azimuth, and two horizontal cross dipoles (10, 11) supplied by a power divider (12) adjustable according to a direction aimed by a steric antenna. The divider has an adjustable phase-shifter inserted between two 3-dB directional couplers. One of the couplers has inlets respectively connected to a feed line and an adjustment load, and outlets connected to inlets of the other coupler, where the latter coupler has outlets connected to the dipoles.
