<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact lens solution, particularly a solution which is safe for eyes and excellent in compatibility with lens, which can effectively prevent adsorption of the component to the lens material when an antiseptic or bactericidal component is added. <P>SOLUTION: The contact lens solution contains a phosphate of 35-100 mM, a nonionic isotonizing agent and/or epsilon-aminocaproic acid.
