ELECTROMAGNETIC WAVE PROPAGATION INSTRUMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic wave propagation instrument having a beltlike profile which is connected to an external device and an communication element and propagates electromagnetic wave.

SOLUTION: The electromagnetic wave propagation instrument (communication apparatus) 100 is provided with a first strip conductor portion 101 and a second strip conductor portion 102. The second strip conductor portion 102 is arranged substantially parallel to the first strip conductor portion 101 and has a region not covered with the first strip conductor portion 101 when viewed from the first strip conductor portion 101. The instrument propagates electromagnetic wave generated by variance of voltage between a first electrode which approaches or is in contact with the first strip conductor portion 101 and a second electrode which approaches or is in contact with the not covered region and approaches the second strip conductor portion 102. The instrument propagates the electromagnetic wave in a region enclosed by the first strip conductor portion 101 and the second strip conductor portion 102.
