<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retrieval system, device and method by which legal precedent similar to fact relevance of a case is easily retrieved, the optimal solution method is found from analysis of ratio recidendi and similar legal precedent is easily retrieved even when another person retrieves the legal precedent since propriety of legal solution, judgment and the optimal solution in a court are predicted. <P>SOLUTION: In the retrieval system for laws or the like. a data storage means 4 has a legal precedent data base 13, a constitution, and act data base 14, and at least one of a fact relevance description term data base 31, a relevant network data base 32, and a fact relevance matrix data base 33, and the retrieval system has: at least either one of a relevant path display retrieval processing means 21, and a fact relevance matrix retrieval processing means 22; and a visualization analysis means 2 for displaying the fact relevance of each case in the legal precedent and fact relevance of a problem which a retrieving person has as a visualization correlation relevant diagram and instructing the solution method of the problem which the retrieving person has. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
