<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily attach/detach a process cartridge with a simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus is provided with a recessed part 72 which forms space in the insertion part of a cartridge guide 70. Thus, the handle 58 of the process cartridge 28Y, 28M, 28C or 28K is grasped by putting a hand in the recessed part 72. Therefore, the process cartridges 28Y, 28M, 28C and 28K are easily attached/detached even when they are attached to the inner part of an apparatus main body 12. Thus, the process cartridges 28Y, 28M, 28C and 28K are easily attached/detached with a simple configuration only providing the recessed part 72 without providing a moving mechanism like a patent document 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
