<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric ceramic composition having electric characteristic Q<SB>max</SB>capable of oscillating as a resonator and heat resistance, especially improved heat resistance related to the oscillation frequency F<SB>0</SB>. <P>SOLUTION: The piezoelectric ceramic composition comprises a sintered compact which contains a main component expressed by formula: Pb<SB>α</SB>[(Mn<SB>1/3</SB>Nb<SB>2/3</SB>)<SB>x</SB>Ti<SB>y</SB>Zr<SB>z</SB>]O<SB>3</SB>(wherein, 0.97≤α≤1.01, 0.04≤x≤0.16, 0.48≤y≤0.58, and 0.32≤z≤0.41) and Al as a subcomponent and has an average crystal grain size of 1.0-4.0 μm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
