<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of readily and inexpensively generating a print with high creativeness. <P>SOLUTION: A template selection section 31 selects templates adapted to images which a user desires to include to a composite image among a plurality of templates stored in a template storage section 30. An image selection section 32 selects a prescribed number of images corresponding to the number of image insertion regions of the templates adapted to a selection condition stipulated by the selected templates on the basis of metadata corresponding to respective images being objects of composite images.
