PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage extraction device for preventing the contamination of a shooter.

SOLUTION: This beverage extraction device is provided with a shooter 60 for supplying coffee raw materials to the inside of a cylinder 12 and a hot water supply nozzle 50 for supplying hot water to the inside of the cylinder 12, and configured to filter mixed liquid constituted of the coffee raw materials supplied by the shooter 60 and hot water supplied by the hot water supply nozzle 50 through an extraction port 12b of the cylinder 12 for extracting beverage. This beverage extracting device is provided with a sucking means 70 for sucking micropowder generated when the coffee raw materials are supplied to the inside of the cylinder 12, and made to flow from the cylinder 12 to the shooter 60 and water vapor generated when hot water is supplied to the inside of the cylinder 12, and made to flow from the cylinder 12 to the shooter 60.
