<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate information useful for improving delivery quality, by combining impact data and delivery data to grasp relation between a delivery process and impact in chronological order. <P>SOLUTION: This impact analysis device comprises: an impact data storing part 3 for storing the impact data including an ID of baggage, data on the impact force applied to the baggage, and data on date when the impact is detected; a delivery data storing part for storing the delivery data on the baggage ID, a place where the baggage ID is read, and a time when the ID is read; and a time-series data generating means 17 for reading data recorded to correspond to a specific baggage ID from the delivery data storing part and the impact data storing part, generating the time-series date of the occurrence of the impact and the delivery process of the specific baggage by using the read impact data satisfying a predetermined condition and the read delivery data, and storing the data in a memory device. By the combination of the impact data and the delivery data, the relation between the delivery process and the impact can be grasped in chronological order to facilitate picking out a problem.
