PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate abutment of a worker to an operation lever when the worker walks on a deck part at a side of a front bonnet. SOLUTION: An upper column 46 provided with a handle 24 at an upper end and a lower column 45 are made forwardly/rearwardly bendable through a tilt mechanism 47 and the upper column 46 is upwardly projected from an apex part of the front bonnet 19 of a traveling machine body. A combined lever 49 is arranged on one side of the front bonnet 19 such that a base end part is projected from its outer peripheral surface outwardly in a width direction of the traveling machine body and a free end side is turned/operated in a forward/rearward direction of the traveling body. When the free end side of the combined lever 49 is turned/operated in a front direction of the traveling machine body in a plan view, it approaches to a center in a width direction of the traveling machine body relative to the steering upper shaft.
