PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present a mixer structure reducing flicker noise. SOLUTION: A mixer cell 1 is linked through a signal input part 10, 11 to an input part 50 of a mixer and formed for converting a frequency of an input side signal into an intermediate frequency. A first current source 3 is connected to the signal input part of the mixer cell. A second current source 7a is connected to a signal output part 13, 14 of the mixer cell. One of these two current sources is formed as an adjustable current source including a control input part 31. Furthermore, the mixer structure includes a sensor circuit 5 formed for detecting and outputting a value derived from a current of the adjustable current source 3. A target value control circuit 2 is connected through a feedback input part 21 to the sensor circuit. The target value control circuit outputs, to the adjustable current source, a control signal derived by comparing a signal of a feedback input part 24 with a target value.
