PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive controller capable of controlling a larger number of actuators or the like in a short period. SOLUTION: The drive controller, which uses a network to control machinery having a plurality of actuators, converts command values issued correspondingly to the respective actuators into differential command values by adding limits on maximum and minimum values to the command values, and sends the differential command values to the network. Slave drive control parts provided correspondingly to the respective actuators control the actuators by extracting their corresponding differential command values, and restoring the original command values from the differential command values extracted.
