PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a correcting circuit which rereads correct bit information in a latch circuit without re-actuating operation, a driver circuit equipped with the same correcting circuit, and a video device as to a correcting circuit which includes a fuse storing bit information of correction data, a detecting circuit detecting the stored bit information, and a memory composed of a latch circuit storing the detected bit information and storing the correction data and corrects an analog circuit based upon the correction data stored in the memory, a driver circuit equipped with the same correcting circuit, and a video device. SOLUTION: The correcting circuit includes bit information storage means of storing respective pieces of bit information read out of fuses and stored in latch circuits respectively, a comparison means of comparing bit information stored in the bit information storage means with bit information stored in the latch circuits, and a rereading means of rereading the pieces of bit information out of the fuses respectively according to a comparison result of the comparing means and storing them in the latch circuits.
