PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire an image free from an influence of a magnification chromatic aberration of a lens, when picking up images from the same subject by different wavelengths of fluorescence. SOLUTION: This photographing system 1 provided with a photographing device 10 for photographing the fluorescent image of the subject, and a photographing controller 100 for controlling the photographing device 10, is provided with a chromatic aberration correcting means for moving at least one of an imaging element 31 and the subject 5 along an optical axis direction of an image-focusing lens 32 to correct the magnification chromatic aberration of the image-focusing lens 32 generated by a wavelength difference between the first wavelength and the second wavelength, before photographing the fluorescent image of the second wavelength different from the first wavelength, after photographing the fluorescent image of the first wavelength.
