PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylindrical jacket capable of reducing the pressure loss by forming longitudinal stripes on the inner side thereof, a jacket hose capable of preventing any shape loss by adhering and fixing wefts by a lining member, and a manufacturing method of the jacket hose. SOLUTION: In the cylindrical jacket 21 of twill weave, a structure of a woven fabric consisting of warps 22 and wefts 23 is of steep twill weave which is one of modified twill weaves.
