摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tinned material whose friction coefficient with the other kind of tinned material such as a tin reflow material is extremely low even in the case of being subjected to indent working, and to provide a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: When electroplating is performed using a tinning liquid with carbon grains and an aromatic carbonyl compound added, a film composed of a composite material comprising carbon grains in a tin layer is formed on a stock, the concentration of the carbon grains in the tinning liquid is controlled to <20 g/L, preferably, to≤10 g/L, thus the film composed of the composite material in which suitably flocculated carbon grains are suitably dispersed into the tin layer is formed on the stock. In this way, the tinned material whose friction coefficient with a tinned material subjected to reflow treatment is≤0.16, and in which the arithmetic average roughness Ra is 0.1 to 0.5μm, the maximum height Ry is 8 to 16μm, the ten point average roughness Rz is 7 to 12μm, glossiness is≥0.8, the thickness of the film is 0.5 to 3μm, and the content of carbon in the film is 0.1 to 1.2 wt.% is produced.
