PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a vinyl chloride copolymer resin with good productivity, excellent in polymerization stability with a scarce scale formation, which comprises a copolymerization product of a vinyl chloride monomer and a macromonomer having a polymer consisting of an ethylenic unsaturated monomer with double bonds as a major chain. SOLUTION: The method comprises mixing the vinyl chloride based monomer and the macromomomer of a predetermined ratio at 20-60°C and dispersing at least 1 minute in a vessel excluding polymerization vessel, charging a part or the whole of the dispersed mixed liquid into the polymerization vessel together with charging vinyl chloride based monomer at the same time or before or after charging the dispersion to make the predetermined amounts of the vinyl chloride based monomer and the macromonomer is charged in the polymerization vessel.
