PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antifogging film composition capable of making an antifogging mirror having resistance to peel between the surface of an object to be made antifogging and an antifogging film, such durability that the mirror can be used for a long time in a relatively high-temperature and high-humidity atmosphere, e.g., a bathroom, and resistance to whitening upon being splashed with hot water. SOLUTION: The antifogging film composition is one essentially consisting of (A) a (meth)acrylate having a hydrophilic group, (B) a urethane (meth)acrylate, (C) an aliphatic tertiary amine, (D) an epoxy resin, (E) an epoxy resin curing agent, and (F) an ultraviolet polymerization initiator, wherein the mixing ratio of (C) the aliphatic tertiary amine is 40 to 75 wt.%.
