PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving posture adjusting device capable of accurately keeping an eye point constant, irrespective of a degree of skill of driving. SOLUTION: This device is provided with an posture adjusting means 21 for setting a reference eye point according to the physique of a driver and adjusting a driving posture so that the eye point of the driver may coincide with the reference eye point. The device is provided with a beginner degree estimation means for estimating a beginner degree of the driver.
