PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manual suction-type health implement which does not need being washed by only mixing with minus ion discharging infrared ray irradiation, plus ion discharging function, bactericidal and antibacterial function as additives in the range of photocatalysts to a manual suction-type health implement having no functions. SOLUTION: Annular materials (doughnut-shaped or tubular materials including decorations), which is combined and mixed with functional materials, are set on the inside of the manual suction-type health implement, or formed together with an intake to introduce ions sanitarily and make it unnecessary to wash after using.
