PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take effect of suppressing fraudulence to a controller and to easily find the fraudulence when the fraudulence is performed to the controller. SOLUTION: In a main controller, an IC socket 286 is attached to a prescribed position on a circuit board 285 and an IC 287 for control is vertically piled up on the IC socket 286 and detachably mounted. To the IC 287 for the control and the IC socket 286, a sealing seal 288 is stuck over both of them so that one end is put on the upper surface of the IC 287 for the control and the other end is put on the lower surface of the IC socket 286.
