PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a large amount of baits are scattered from a bait scattering basket and the bottom of the water or the sea bottom is contaminated with a conventional bait scattering basket. SOLUTION: The electronic lure 7 is constituted by forming a small fish 2 between transparent plates 1 by electroluminescence, constituting an electroluminescent panel 3 in which a transparent electrode (not shown in the figure) is formed along the contour of the small fish 2, constituting a controller 4 in a waterproof structure integrally with the electroluminescent panel 3, attaching a CPU 5 equipped with an electroluminescent drive function 5a and a power source 6 to the controller 4 and connecting the electrode of the small fish 2 constituted of electroluminescence to the drive function 5a of the CPU5 of the controller 4.
