A safety helmet with ear-cushion mechanism having a built-in server for hand-free cellular phone is provided to simply assemble, manage and repair the server by fabricating a cushion part in the helmet, which has inner depressed part and elastic net around inner round side, and a server mounting space between the net and bottom of the depressed part. The helmet comprises: a cushion part(12) that is formed inside the helmet(10) and has a narrow channel(15) to connect a server mounting space(130) to the outside; a flexible net(14) attached on inner round part of the mounting space; the server(20) for hand-free cellular phone that has a speaker(21) and a microphone(22), is accepted in the mounting space between a depressed part(13) of the cushion and the flexible net and fixed by the flexible net; and a lead wire that has one end connected to the server and the other end passing through the mounting space to the outside in order to be connected to the cellular phone. The narrow channel has a magic tape adhered to the opposite face in order to close the channel. |
