<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker diaphragm and a speaker structure well-balancing an internal loss and rigidity. <P>SOLUTION: A speaker diaphragm of the present invention includes a base material impregnated with a thermosetting resin composition.
