PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inclination sensor and an inclination detector capable of reducing a size and capable of attaining high precision by simple constitution. SOLUTION: This inclination sensor/inclination detector is provided with a light transmitting casing 3, a light source array 1 for irradiating the casing 3 with light, and a photoreception part array 2 having a plurality of photoreception parts 7 for receiving the light emitted from the light source array 1 and transmitted through the casing 3, and a plurality of granular solids 4 is sealed with a space in the casing 3.
