PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emission state measuring instrument for measuring the whole of a luminous body by a camera disposed in the vicinity of the luminous body of narrow directionality. SOLUTION: A concave mirror 14 of a light conversion means 11 allows parallel light projected from the whole of the luminous body 5 to come in, condenses this, thereafter returns it again to parallel light, and projects it. An imaging means 12 images the luminous body 5 via the conversion means 11 while an analysis means 13 analyzes a picture image taken by the imaging means 12 to inspect the light emission state of the luminous body 5 at its respective parts. The provision of the conversion means 11 makes it possible to receive and image the whole of the parallel light projected by the luminous body 5 with the parallel light kept as it is by using the imaging means 12 with its lens aperture smaller than the luminous body 5.
