PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator capable of securing storage stability in a state that a freezing ratio of food is kept low in a partial freezing compartment. SOLUTION: A LED light source 11 of an UV-A area is mounted on a top face recessed portion 20 in the partial freezing compartment to apply light ray 12 of the UV-A area to a fish 13, thus the fish 13 can be stored for one week even at a partial freezing compartment temperature of about -1°C by antibacterial effectiveness of ultraviolet ray. As the storage temperature is about -1°C, the fish 13 can be kept in a slightly-frozen state, and the fish can be easily cut and cooked, when the fish is chopped with a knife after one week.
