PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing structure of a tube enabling the firm wrapping of a seal tape so that the curled part or the displacement of the seal tape does not occur when the seal tape is spirally wrapped around the insertion fitting part of a tube 11 to be inserted. SOLUTION: In this embodiment, when the seal tape W is spirally wrapped on the outer peripheral surface of the insertion fitting part 11a of the tube 11 to be inserted, the seal tape W is inverted at at least one position in a wrapping step to form a folding part Z. By wrapping the seal tape this way, the seal tape W can be firmly and fixedly fitted to the outer peripheral surface of the insertion fitting part 11a of the tube 11 to be inserted. When the fitting inner diameter part 12a of the tube 12 to be fitted is fitted to the insertion fitting part 11 after the seal tape W is wrapped on the outer peripheral surface of the insertion fitting part 11a of the tube 11 to be inserted, the seal tape W is wrapped on the outer peripheral surface of the insertion fitting part 11a of the tube 11 to be fitted in a fixedly fitted state.
