OXYGEN SENSING AGENT COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen sensing agent composition for discriminating the presence or concentration of oxygen by a color change and improved in the stability against light and heat. SOLUTION: The oxygen sensing agent composition contains cyclodextrins, a reversibly discoloring organic coloring matter and a reducing agent. An oxygen sensing agent is obtained by supporting the oxygen sensing agent composition an a carrier. An oxygen sensor is constituted by impregnating paper, cloth or yarn with the oxygen sensing agent composition comprising an oxygen sensing agent tablet obtained by tabletting the oxygen sensing agent. Oxygen sensing ink containing the oxygen sensing agent composition and the oxygen sensor coated with or printed by the oxygen sensing ink are also disclosed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
