PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing unit of an electrophotographic device which is free of wrinkling of a form, and form breaking and disorder of a toner image with respect to the form having idiosyncrasis such as different water contents or curl. SOLUTION: The fixing unit of the electrophotographic device equipped with a heat roller fixing an unfixed toner image on a recording medium and a pressure roller having an elastic body layer to be pressed against the heat roller is characterized in that the heat roller is in a right-left symmetrical inverted crown shape continuously increasing in external diameter from the axial center portion of the heat roller to both axial end portions and an elastic body layer deformation preventive member which prevents the elastic body layer from deforming is provided at a flank portion of the pressure roller on the side close to the minimum external-diameter portion of the heat roller.
