PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movement regulating device, capable of accurately restoring the position control of a moving body, even if impact such as dropping is applied, and a lens moving device and a photographic device. SOLUTION: The movement-regulating device is equipped with an end position regulating part having an abutting part, on which the moving body moving in a predetermined moving range abuts, when it exceeds the end of the moving range, and a deforming body which generates electromotive force, according to deformation, whose deformation is restored, when voltage is applied, and which is directly or indirectly deformed by an abutting force that the moving body abuts against the abutting part; a detection part detecting the electromotive force generated by the deforming body; and by controlling a voltage control part controlling the voltage so as to restore the deformation of the deforming body, the moving body is returned to the end of the moving range, when the detection part detects the electromotive force.
