PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device of an internal combustion engine capable of improving the warm-up characteristic for achieving the early warm-up, and improving and stabilizing the cooling performance after the warm-up by improving a cooling water feed structure. SOLUTION: Cooling water fed from a water pump Wp is fed to a cooling unit of an engine E via a main cooling water passage 50, and fed to an oil cooler Oc from the main cooling water passage 50 via a third cooling passage 53 as a branched passage. During the warm-up, the cooling water passing through the cooling unit of the engine E and the cooling unit of the oil cooler Oc is circulated to the water pump Wp not via a radiator R but via a cooling water passage 52 as a bypass. After the warm-up, the cooling water passing through the cooling unit of the engine E and the cooling unit of the oil cooler Oc is circulated to the water pump Wp via the radiator R.
