PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scaffold device to serve for elevator installing works capable of changing the arrangement of a scaffold board so as to suit the shape of an elevator shaft and the works of elevator installation, facilitating installation and dismantlement, and constituting at low cost. SOLUTION: The scaffold device for elevator installing works is equipped with a first fixing means installed detachably on a shaft fixing piece 1 of an elevator, a plurality of first supporting beams 4a and 4b installed detachably on the first fixing means and arranged over the area between one-side shaft wall 1c and other side shaft wall 1d which are confronting with the hall doorway 2 of the elevator interposed, a plurality of second supporting beams 8a-8d arranged over the first supporting beams installed at the doorway side 2 of the shaft and on the side nearer the innermost 1b in such an arrangement as movable in the longitudinal direction of the first supporting beams, a second fixing means 9 to detachably fix the second supporting beams to the first supporting beams, and a scaffold board fixing means 12 detachably installed on the second supporting beams for supporting the scaffold board 13 in such an arrangement as movable in the longitudinal direction of the second supporting beams.
