PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid jet head, a method of manufacturing the same and a liquid jet device which permit durability during driving to be improved and the arrangement density of piezoelectric elements to be increased. SOLUTION: The liquid jet head has a piezoelectric element 300 made up of a lower electrode 60, a piezoelectric layer 70 and an upper electrode 80 provided on a channel forming substrate 10 in which a pressure generating chamber 12 communicating with nozzle openings 21 to jet liquid droplets through a vibrating plate. The lower electrode 60 is continuously provided across the piezoelectric elements 300, and thin walled portions 61 thinner than the other areas are provided in areas between at least piezoelectric elements 300 near to the end of the lower electrode 60.
