PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a layered product having strong laminate strength between a base material comprising a polyester, a polyamide, or a polypropylene and a sealant layer, in which the laminate strength is not reduced between the base material and the sealant layer even though volatile components acts when using as a packaging material housing various highly permeable contents including the volatile components, and which has high heatseal strength. SOLUTION: An bond layer 3, an olefinic extruded resin layer 4 comprising a polyolefinic extruded resin or a copolymer resin of an olefine and another monomer, and sealant layer are arranged on the base material 2 in this order, and the bond layer 3 contains a polyol comprising any one of a polyester polyol, a polyether polyol, and an acrylic polyol and a hardener comprising an isocyanate compound in a ratio 0:100 to 20:80.
