PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-shrinkable multilayer polyolefin film excellent in low-temperature shrinkability, heat sealability, packaging property, and environmental hygiene. SOLUTION: In the heat-shrinkable multilayer packaging film, on both sides of an intermediate layer comprising 20-50 wt.% of linear low density polyethylene of density of 0.920 g/cm<SP>3</SP>or below and 50-80 wt.% of polypropylene, surface layers of the same polypropylene as that used in the intermediate layer are laminated to be integrated with the intermediate layer.
