PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a whistling structure of a kettle where a whistling device is fixed simply to the lid of the kettle with a knob part and an appearance is improved since the whistling device is not conspicuous in appearance. SOLUTION: In the whistling structure of the kettle, the whistling device 1 generating a whistling sound by passing through of steam is provided at the knob part 4 of the lid 3 of the kettle 2. The whistling device 1 consists of: a lower member 10 which has a steam entrance 10A and can engage with the lid 3; and an upper member 11 which can be connected and fixed with the lower member 10, which has a steam exit 11A and which can engage with the knob part 4. By connecting and fixing the upper member 11 which can engage with the knob part 4 to the lower member 10 which can engage with the lid 3, the lower member 10 engages with the lid 3 and the upper member 11 engages with the knob part 4, so that the knob part 4 is fixed to the lid 3 and the whistling device 1 is fixed to the knob part 4 in the structure.
