A body fat analysis technique of a bipolar electrode method using multi-frequencies is provided to measure body fat finally by obtaining a bio impedance value using an estimated contact impedance by measuring a resistive impedance and a capacitive impedance according to a corresponding frequency. In a body fat analysis technique of a bipolar electrode method using multiple frequencies, a contact impedance estimation unit estimates a contact impedance(203,205) by connecting a selectable variable impedance(202) to a measured person serially using an AC electric signal of multiple frequencies. A unit estimates a bio impedance(204) and body fat by using the contact impedance.
