摘要 Low temperature sintered piezoelectric ceramic composition for ultrasonic oscillator is provided to be employed in manufacturing the oscillator with high electro-mechanical coupling coefficient and piezoelectric constant by comprising Pb, Zr, Ti and oxygen as main components and silicon, manganese and vanadium as additional components. The composition principally comprises main components including Pb, Zr, Ti and oxygen and additional components including Si, Mn and V. Amount of each of SiO2 and MnO2 ranges from 0.2 to 0.5wt.% and amount of V2O5 ranges from 1.0 to 3.0wt.% to total weight of the composition. Total amount of SiO2-MnO2-V2O5 components to be added to the composition ranges from 1.4 to 4.0wt.%. The prepared composition shows excellent piezoelectric properties even at 950deg.C or less and is used to manufacture various piezoelectric parts with high reliability such as an ultrasonic oscillator, a piezoelectric transformer, an ignitor device, and etc.
