摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas diffusion electrode for a fuel cell with high conductivity, high porosity, and high gas diffusion property, and to provide a manufacturing method of the same, and a fuel cell excellent in power generating property. <P>SOLUTION: The gas diffusion electrode for the fuel cell is composed of sintered compact formed by fusing fiber-shaped component and particle-shaped component, and the fiber-shaped component and the particle-shaped component contained in the sintered compact have conductivity. The manufacturing method of the gas diffusion electrode for the fuel cell comprises a sheet forming process forming a sheet from a mixture containing the fiber-shaped component and the particle-shaped component having conductivity, and binder binding those components, and a sintering process sintering the sheet under oxygen-free atmosphere.
